- Confirm the registered legal name and registration number
- Complete South African legal review against the MOI and applicable law
- Adopt the Constitution through valid Board and shareholder processes where required

- Appoint governance, HSEQ, privacy and compliance owners
- Validate licences, registrations and country-specific operating authority before activity
